Any pros/cons between these two apps? Im sure there are users who have used both.
Need file sync to my Synology NAS
 
I use Syncback Pro everyday. Fantastic piece of software, very powerful. I use it on Windows though.

RSync is nice because you can pull data, but scheduling in SyncBack can be setup to run when the user is logged off. So it can push data to the server whenever it needs too.
 
I use the free version of SyncBack on Windows. Does what I need for my backup tasks and is easy to use.

I don't use rsync.

Yes I use syncback free edition all the time....for my needs it works well enough....just copy data to an external drive.
