Backup Software recommendations

looking for some recommendations on software to back up some files across a LAN at home.
There seems to be a TON of options out there today, and I cant really find any reviews, so I thought I'd come to the peopele that know best, YOU.

let me know what you've used and like and DON'T like.

Windows OS btw, and price is "no object"

You might want to look at veritas software. I have used backup exec and liked it. If money is no problem they have varying degrees of sophistication for varying bucks.

I used to use Veritas until they shafted me. The manufacturer of my tapedrive pointed me to Dantz. It's the best package I've used. They even have downloadable 30 day trial versions. It also supports alot of removeable media types and brands.
