backup/restore Outlook 2002? I plan on formatting my drive...

and would like to backup my folders, inbox, subfolders, etc. w/ all the emails. I would also like to backup my contacts, calendars, etc. How can I do this?

I am running XP and also Outlook 2002.. any help? Thank you in advnce..

Also don't forget to export and import any custom rules, rules aren't stored in the pst files...
