Backup overwriting

I'm using Karen's Replicator. In the past is has been working the way I expected, I think, but not now. I have all the boxes checked to overwrite with newer files. I just realized that it is NOT overwriting the with the newer files. As I make changes to an excel file, it does not overwrite the old one on my backup disc. I run XPpro.
 
There may be some tips on her web site or even an updated version (check the issues of her newsletter that are listed on the Replicator page). karenware.com . You may need to reinstall the program and/or the Visual Basic runtime package.
