backup exec- failing?

Hi guys. I am new to Backup Exec. I am getting a lot of Failed backups, with the following errors/exceptions:

I am just curious, are my backups actually working but not backing up this corrupt file, or are they completely failing?

And where it says that it is unable to get quiet time, does this mean that the drive is too busy and it cant get a window to backup? Does it still backup?

Me thinks I need crash cours in Backup Exec.

The system was too busy for the volume snapshot providers to create a snapshot. So only files which were closed were copied, so you have a backup but its not complete.
