I want to go for cheapest system with the most bank for the buck though.

Something that I want be sick of running on if I have to use it for a while

If its just for a backup, you could save some $$ over at the f/s board and pickup some things from some good traders there.

Yea well I like building stuff myself, And wanted a little power too.

Also killmeplease I will check into that card.

I think jjsole meant you could buy or trade for the parts on the fs/ft forum, rather than buying retail or new OEM like you would if you were building for someone else.

Get a PLE133 based motherboard and drop the Leadtek. You'll be sick of the onboard video pretty soon. 🙂 Or did you mean that to say you WON'T be sick of running on?

Onboard video these days is perfectly good for general use. Obviously it's not gonna run Q3 at 30fps or anything (maybe not even 15 for all I know) but you don't buy it thinking that it's going to. You save quite a bit of money buying a PLE133 board and using the onboard options, and you are able to do 90% of what people do with computers. Obviously if you want to play games (you didnt specify WHAT you might be doing with it) the you'd have to buy a decent video card.
