Ok he might be a 14 year old little person. So a gnome or dwarf is more likely. Goblin was way off and I apologize foe being so rude.
 
If you notice, that kid has a mustache. I actually think its a female midget.

EDIT : Upon further review, I have no effing clue what that thing is.

EDIT 2 : Ok, its a little boy, I'm sure of it.... I think.
 
The only thing that makes these videos hilarious is the fact that the kid looks like a goblin; he knows it and he's capitalizing on it, so nothing wrong with pointing out the opposite. At first I thought it was a toddler/4 year old, but given his coordination it's obvious that's older, maybe 13 or 14.
 
That actually kind of scares me. I don't think he's actually a kid. He doesn't seem to actually act like one, but rather like a depressed older man who just wishes he was a kid. If that's a kid I feel bad for he'll probably look and act like that his whole life. 😛
