Backing up Outlook

What file do I need to copy in order to back up everything (mail, calendar, tasks) in Outlook 2002. I remember in older version it was a .pst file, is that still the case?

I'm using Outlook 2002, and that appears to still be the case. All my Outlook data is stored in a single PST file (go under Control Panel --> Mail --> Data Files to see where it's stored).
