Backing up old and restore to new HD

Was able to get a new HD restored from my backuop adta, about a week old.

Was also able to do a windows only reinstall to my supposedly bad HD which has my current data.

Can I use Norton Ghost 9.0 to do a disk copy from the now bootable old hard disk to the new one?
