i'm thinking o fbacking up my data. i need a storage drive approx. 200GB.

what do u guys use? what's better?

1. s-ata hard disk (hook it up with my other s-ata drive)
2. external usb hard drive
3. any other option?

do they cost roughly the same? i know the usb's got portability but are there any downsides?
