Backing up address book

How do I backup my address book in outlook express?And can I backup My Favorites in internet explorer?Reason being I'm getting ready to switch computer and I want to save that stuff if possible.

Favorites in windows xp are stored in c:\docs\

the option is probably under export, under the file menu,

or look up export address book underthe help

You can extract your address book to a file type called .csv On your new PC you can import this file and all of your addresses will be where you left them.

Your Favorites can be found C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Favorites... Look for your log in if you have one and your favorites will be under that log in name. You can just drag an drop if need be to a back up folder.
