Background text removal

I received a word document that has the word DRAFT in the background. I have looked through options for about an hour now and can't find anything to get rid of this. Can somebody help me!!

To remove a text watermark from your document:
On the Format menu, point to Background and then click Printed Watermark.
Click No watermark, and then click OK.
