Thought the AMC theater would have Back To The Future playing today since my sister told me on Facebook it was. But I guess it's at select theaters. I really wanted to see this on the big screen since I never did and have a movie ticket with that date. Damn!

Happy Back To The Future Day!

So many good predictions:

News drones, skype, 16:9 flat screen tvs, VR glasses, home hydroponics, mobile devices with fingerprint readers, digital cameras with autofocus, voice command TVs and lighting, the destruction of the family dinner by mobile devices, 80's nostalgia, hands free gaming (MS Kinect), a baseball team in Miami, social media, robot workers at food places, millennials and their multitasking of entertainment, and smartwatches.*

But amusingly enough, Best Buy is the one that put the Back to the Future collection on sale (for $49.99, normally $69.99) where Amazon has it for a far higher amount ($87.92). So, keep yo' silly images, Amazon... I'll take a huge discount instead. :p

Well I renewed my Prime during the $67 deal.... so using that logic, I paid $67 for the Back to the Future collection plus however many thousands of other streaming movies/shows/documentaries are on there :D

You can just watch all three for free if you want on Amazon Prime atm it looks though, if you have it :p

Yeah, that.

And 2 day shipping on about anything not third party.

In that case, I already own the 25th anniversary edition, but this one has a new behind the scenes feature and the cartoon! D: (I used to watch the cartoon when I was younger, because it was Back to the Future.)

Where is my flying car, dammit! It's 2015, and I'm STILL waiting on my flying car!

Didn't The Jetsons make it look like we were going to have flying cars 20 years ago? What the hell?

I'm sooooooooo upset! I had to run back into work for an emergency computer repair, and there are no showings after 5:30pm in my area :( :( :( I really wanted to experience it on the big screen!

Actually I really wanted to watch the first one in theaters, the second one was kind of dumb. But still, bummer!

Yes, I'm waiting for the JVC HoloLens (or Rift, can't remember if he could see through those) knockoff. :p

I am about to watch the second one in the theater right now. I am not looking forward to the Donald Trump part.

So here I am, watching Back To The Future on the Esquire channel on the couch. I fall asleep and wake up near the end of part I. Fall asleep again and wake up to see part II and Biff & pals crash into the glass. I missed the most crucial part! Where they go to the future with today's date on the display!

Damn!

Damn, damn!

Damn, damn, damn!

So now I'm debating on popping in the DVD.

Tried to watch part 2 with the wife tonight. Neither of us ever remember seeing it. We made it about 20 minutes before turning it off. The acting, writing, and production was beyond horrible, like a gaggle of 13 year old ADHD patients wrote, directed, and filmed it. So terrible. No wonder we didn't remember it. It's the kind of thing you need to blank from your mind forever to prevent brain scars.
