This is the closest thing I can find by name, plain "Accent" and not Accent Custom or Accent CS. But the blue color looks much different, and the drum head doesnt have a hole. The logo plate is also different.
Also note the top set has the tom stands are on a single post, bottom set has two.
I got to this page by clicking 'Accent Series Drums' from here, then 'Accent Drum Outfits' on the left side.

Their 'Accent Custom Drum Outfit' seems to have the colors more like what you're saying they are, funboy42, but those still have a single post tom holder, and different badges. Which one is it?

Well that is very screwy indeed but the one I def got myself is THIS SET HERE. The wine red is the set I bought BUT remember I didnt buy mine from musiciansfriends but from the ebay link I mentioned above in another reply to this.

As far as how far the sound goes depends on where your drums are. Mine are downstairs in the basement and my sons are on the second floor. You can here his for quite some distance and yu can barley hear mine at all. So the answer to your question is really going to be where you set it up at. Also there are alot o things that you can do to the room to make sure it doesnt travle very far. Hanging blankets or moving blankets is good. Best is really a basement if you have one because with the blakets, egg cartons, and some foam an the walls and celing they can be hardly heard in the house if the room is done up right.

Hope this heps out. You pm me saying you live in TN and you and anyone close to me is more then welcome to come to my house and hang out for a weekend. My door is open.

But there are two different sets on that page. Notice the single and dual tom holders and different bages, and no sound hole in kick drum. Also that blue is much lighter than the ebay link you sent. I would want it if it's the dark blue as on the ebay one, but if it's the royal blue as on the ludwig page, I'd rather have the wine. The dark blue looks like it's the same as this.
So I don't know one musicians friend has. Sorry to be picky about color. I don't know why they can't just show the freakin color on their website. I tried their live chat to ask if they had a pic, but don't. They also didn't know how long this deal would be going on.

As I mentioned, I would be setting it up in a bedroom. The neighbors around here are kind of picky about noise. Don't people put blankets or foam inside the drums? I know they make rubber covers.

Well I am not sure what you are asking me because I dont work for the company. All I can tell you is that the pic that musiciansfriends and the ebay link to where I got mine are identical to what I have in my basement. If your worried that you may get the sigle post I dont think that will be too much of a problem because they have a pic of the double post. But I am sure in either way the single post or the double will sound the same just less hardware.

As for adding foam and rubber mats. The rubber mats are pratice mats you stick on the heads so that it doesnt make any real sound at all. Adding foam is mainly done to the bass drum to give it a thud sound because some drums the bass has a high resonance(sp) and if your looking for that chest pounding thud thump bass you add foam or a pillow. I use a pillow myself. Since it is going in your room I would blanket every wall and window with heavy blankets and that should pretty much stop sound from going to far.

I wasn't worried about the # of posts. I was just pointing out that one was a different set (on ludwig's .com), and also thus the colors could be different. :)

They have this set at Guitar Center for $349. I was thinking of buying it for my son :)

Drummers are the hardest musicians to find for your band because there's not a lot of good ones. Practicing is too loud, so not many people are able to get really good at it.

Musiciansfriends is owned by guitar center. Click through from GW takes you to MF where I'm seeing the same 369 price. Online=freeshipping and maybe no tax

This deal is back on, and now also includes rubber cymbal and drum mute disks! It may have been going on for awhile so could be over any time.

funboy42, just wanted to confirm, your drums are metal flake as you said? Or did you just mean metallic? By both the looks of the pics on Musicians Friend, and their description (metallic red), it seems their set isn't metal flake. To me, the pics look like just what colored metal foil looks like (like fancy gift wrap paper), which would still be 'metallic'. Thanks

BTW, and I ordered a black set.

Also, FYI your link in the OP to the sticks is actually to the Ludwig drum set. I started to order the sticks, but decided to pass after reading the reviews (various problems). I think Sam Ash sells them in pairs for $1 so I'm going to try them until I figure out what size I want, etc. and decide on some better ones.
