i'm driving back from exile in pittsburgh pa and it is AWESOME to be back.

California rules. I moved here in the mid-eighties from Wisconsin and I dont think I could live anywhere else. Theres a reason CA jobs and schools are the amongst the most competetive in the country, everyone wants to move here.

it WAS 2000 for a 4 bed+den townhome. it's now 1100 for a two bed/2.5ba condo.
