Ben Yehouda street is fun as hell, wsa there a couple years back for Yom Hatma'ut (independence day) and it was one of the best nights ever.

nice to see you back in one piece and glad you enjoyed it.

my next extenses vacation will be to Israel again.

My guess is that you detoured off Ben Yehuda to Hillel or Shamai streets where all the bars and clubs are.

It was awesome. I met him later on Ben Yehuda, nice guy, laid back, chilled out, down to earth.

I saw him at my friends bar in Brooklyn in 2003 and took pictures. I was amazed at how authentic he sounded. It's definitely worth checking out. I'll try and dig up some of the pictures.
