Back at my parent's house for spring break.....

Good things: My parents took my out to dinner. The bathroom only has 1 person at a time in it. I can use my dad's garage. The beach is 1/4 mile away. My bed is queen sized again....

Bad Things: It's raining. None of my friends are around. I'm posting from a 120mhz powermac 9500 on the world's least reliable DSL line.


My girlfriend will be down on monday though, and then we're gonig on a vaction for 4 days, though 🙂

I have 2 days to work on my car until then. 🙂

This is your secong post that I have seen complaining about your Spring Break.

After 20+ years in the work-a-day world, my biggest fantasy would be to have a whole week to do absolutely nothing, regardless of how sporadic the internet connection would be. I cant even remember in the past 5 years at least of not having even 3 days in a row that I didnt have some huge headache from work pop-up.

damn that sucks 🙁 I'm in the "working world", but I don't work on the weekends and since the wife isn't down here now and I workout during the weeks each weekend is 100% totally lazy and I have nothing to do. The biggest hassel of this weekend is going to the post office to send something out. I suppose i may have to go to target to pick up food and - *groan* - return the movie 😀
 
Well, I wasnt trying to rag on notfred but rather meant to say appreciate what you got going for you, things will be much different after college.

I'd hardly call this post a complaint. I listed twice as many good things as bad things. I was talking about my spring break, not complaining about it.

yay!!!! we get to go camping!!!

i can't wait to go back to santa cruz, then me and notfred are going to go camping at big sur!!!

i like it there 🙂🙂🙂 just have to make it through two more days of work....
