For those that said they've done this before: what sort of permission do you need from the golf course? How are logistics usually handled? do they get their own cart?

Honestly this should have been the first step.

More than likely, the golf course will not let you do this if the clothing of the "caddies" you have (or will have) picked out is too risque. By risque, I mean anything resembling a bikini top/bottoms, revealing clothing, lingerie, stripper-attire, etc.

If you clear that clothing hurdle and your "caddies" are now in clothing the golf course says is okay, be prepared to pay a cart fee at the very least for each of them.

There is nothing "smoking" or "hot" about bunch of whores walking around in their underwear.
