Does anybody remember this guy? I used to love watching him on Tiny Toones when I was a kid, but now I can't find him on TV or the internet! 🙁 Anybody know where I could find this little guy?

I remember.

There was one episode where he flushed everything around him down the toilet. Eventually the toilet clogged and everything came squirting out. Everytime something came out, he would say something like, "Rubber ducky came back!"

That cracked me up.
