Baby Car Seat + Leather Seats

My wife is due in 7 weeks with our first child and we just got the car seats. I was wondering if there was a cloth or something that I can put under the car seat to protect my vehicle's leather interior.

If so, then where can I purchase it. I'm not sure if I just use a towel from my house if it would interfere with how the seat is secured in the car.

Thanks!

I use a towel between the carseat and the leather, makes it easy to swap out when they get dirty, just put a different one in, and wash the current. We just bought a couple of them that roughly matched the seat.

Definitely put something between there, it has saved us a few times.

Maybe I'm reading too much between the lines but, I think you're in for a lot more adjustments than dealing with your car interior. 😀

oh trust me I know. I just wanted something under the car seat so the leather wouldnt be indented or creased. my car is not going to be used often in transporting the child since its only 2 doors. my wife's got the 4 door for that 😉

thanks for the replies everyone!
