Baby back ribs

I am making ribs on Sunday and usually I do a rub and let them sit overnight. Would they be any better if I let them sit for 2 days before cooking?
 
A single day is fine, re-rub them before you cook them.

Make sure you prep the ribs by removing that tough membrane - that's not good eats.
 
I would personally put the rub on a few hours before you grill/cook them. that is all you really need.

Whenever I do ribs I almost always allow them to sit overnight prior to cooking them. This has always yielded excellent results.

Correct, you should always do overnight if you can. A few hours won't let the rub really get into the meat and add it's flavor.

I normally wrap mine in plastic wrap to prevent moisture loss. And don't just sprinkle the rub on, really work it into the meat.

Overnight works best. When Fallenhero and I made ribs back in our college days we let it sit overnight wrapped in aluminum foil. Came out great!

ever since learning to boil the ribs in a salted solution and then rubbing + sauce + grill, I've not felt the need to marinate them overnight.

yeah, it sounds so wrong but the end product is really tender.

Ribs are to be smoked for about 4-5 hours for baby backs.

usually excellence is a closed arena to those saying excellent.

rubs are more immediate...soaking a meat more overnight.

it's really hard to explain without seeing the set up though.

I cook sometimes with a complicated marinade that sits two days. Sometimes I just throw on seasoning and cook it up.

it's never bad.

4-5 hours? did some at a friends and it was 5-6 hours

but man i need a smoker. but wife said we can't get one until we get the patio/deck built
 
Dam you people, we're suppose to go to China Town tomorrow night for dinner, now I'll be jonesing for some baby backs.
