Oh no, I agree, you always think that your kid is beautiful. It's understandable, but let's face facts, objectively, infants, in general, are not a pretty sight.
 
No shed. Parent tell you their baby is the most beautiful thing in the world to comfort themselves. I mean what are they gonna do, accept the fact that all babies look like ass monkeys? Well, maybe they can put a bag over the baby's head...

i know what you mean, OP...everyone is always oohh what a cute baby...looks fvcking ugly to me...one time i had crashed on a friends couch and woke up to people in the living room talking...i groggily turned over and there was this splotchy yoda looking thing staring at me from 14" away...it kinda freaked me out and i exclaimed "wtf is that!"

not the right thing to say when the mother of the godawful ugly thing had showed up to show it off to my buddy's wife...

i can still LOL at the look on her face though :laugh:
