Babe thread rules are untenable, public outcry occurs.
Mods(some) see reason(some) and back off(some). But lack cohesiveness and authority to actually change policy. Begin to allow some babe threads to slide.
More are posted, everyone is happy. Some(extremely small minority) teetotalers get weepy and start reporting things, so a few threads get locked up and action happens.
Damaged parties are offended, point out uneven rules. Babe thread rules have not been shattered(yet). Begin to upset slightly relaxed moderation in favor of real change. Mods crack down on those who dare complain. Teetotalers and ninnies rejoice.
Babe threads are allowed, but only with a wink and nudge, and not with reason and enlightenment that see that the banner of the NSFW tag can cure all. Eyes and hands of power are blindfolded and cajoled by a few high placed naysayers. Or they just aren't watching in the first place. No power to change. No will to change.

Curious, if I were to create a thread about how fat Jessica Simpson has become, would I be put on vacation? If yes, that's weak.
dNor was renamed to Vehemence by his request. He made the single post in there and received a ban for something like three weeks. At that point, he made a new account named dNor, and posted pornographic pictures. Those have been removed, and the threads were locked a while ago.
