AZZA VIA693 ATX, WITH PIII 600EB UNABLE TO O/C HELP!!!

THE DIP SWITCHES ON THE MOTHERBOARD DO NOT CHANGE MY SPEED (MAX 800)AND I AM ONLY ABLE TO CHANGE THE BIOS TO 140 X 4.5 (630)BEFORE INSTABILITY OCCURES. ANY SUGGESTIONS?

you got a crap board. i'd tell you to up the voltage but i don't think the board supports it. get a asus abit or soyo board you should be able to get it to work there.
