Azureus problem

Every time I let Azureus run for long periods of time to download, when I come back, the screen is no longer open and the icon on the taskbad just disappears. When I restart it tells me it did not close tidely. This happened before and after the update. Anyone know what's wrong with it? Thanks.

Do you have the latest Azureus and the latest JRE?

This is how I've fixed this same issue in the past. Uninstall Azureus, then uninstall Java. Now install the latest JRE, just go to azureus's website and click their link because Sun's site is kind of confusing and there are multiple versions depending on if your a developer and what not. After installing Java, reinstall the newest and greatest Azureus.

I have no anwer for your problem, but they might be able to answer it on their own forum. However, I've used several torrent programs in the past and I think you would like BitComet. Give it a shot - I promise you won't be disappointed.

If the Java thing doesn't work, post more details. Like what OS you're running this on, is there anything else running?

I'm running windows XP pro. It only does this sometimes, it makes no sense to me what's wrong with it.
