I think it's "Aye, dios mio." Translates to "Oh my god" if I'm not mistaken.
 
It's actually really easy to figure out from the Latin roots, assuming you can guess "ay" is a meaningless exclamation. Dios > deo (think "diety"), mio > mea (as in "mea culpa"). Works fairly often for romance languages or big words... in French: mon dieu, in Italian: mio dio. See the similarities?
