Anybody ever buy any parts from them? They seem to be the only people that have the case I've been looking for and I'm about to buy. Newegg has it, but this one has the optional front that I want, for $5 more, and less shipping.

You can also use advanced search here to look for archived threads mentioning them. I'd suggest including both the GH and Off-Topic forums in the search.

I ordered something from them a couple of years ago and they called me at work to inform me that the color I wanted was OOS and gave me some options to consider. I got a direct number to call the person back later with my decision, and when I did they took care of it and got my order out the same day.

I don't remember exactly what I ordered but the color wasn't a critical factor for me. The fact that they took the time to call and then gave me a direct line back to them was a nice touch. They were very nice and super speedy!

I had a few good experience.. price and shipped as promised. Its not a bad company but good luck anyway.. sometimes you'll have one of those days when everything isn't workin right.

Yea, I'm from Houston and that's the only place I buy my parts from. Seems like all my friends from Houston also go to that place also.

Like it's not enough yet, Yes, they are very reliable and had not problem with them.

They are right down the street from my house...
But Directron in Houston is way better and they keep 500% more in stock..
and nicer peeps too

Please buy from a good reputation internet website. This is my advise, you should shop from Buy.com & Newegg.com. I have been screwed up by a small internet website so many times.

Yes. The store was hit by lightning. I believe the storefront was affected, and not the warehouse.

I've been to Axion many times. The people that work the desk are...well, I don't want to get into that. I'll say this, Axion is closer to me than Directron, but I'll drive farther and pay more to get it from Directron than Axion. I'm basing this on my experience with the people they employee to run the storefront/will call area. I've never done a mail order with either company. I'm close enough to just drive over there. If you don't have to deal with the people at Axion, then your experience may be better than I've ever had.
