AX7 & shuttle sk31v2

Has anyone matched these two together?
I'm wondering if the ax7 will clear the transistors, NB, etc.

I had 1 then got the AK35GT2R which looked like it had the same design (footprint if you will) and the AX7 fits on it so I believe so.

It fits, but it's a really tight fit.
