AX-7: how many CFM to cool a 1800+?

Pardon my newbieness. What's the minimum CFM I should use to adequately cool an Athlon 1900+ with an AX-7 heatsink? No overclocking. Is one of those ultra quiet Panaflow L1A fans enough or do I need a little more wind? Did I even choose the right heatsink for this chip?
 
You might want to try a 48.5 cfm YS Tech fan as it is only 36dba and it cools real well. The noise level on this fan is not bad at all and it will keep your cpu at better than average temps.
