AX-7 and AX-478 are these the same HSF

The topic says it all. Are they the same HSF???

Whats the best p4 hsf. Got an mcx 478 on right now but its not cooling the best.
 
Ax-7 is for Athlons and AX-478 is for P4s.
Is that mcx from swiftech? That was supposed to be one of the best.
Alpha 8942 and AX-478 are both good for P4s
 
Tates that is one of the worst tests I've ever seen he uses different rated CFM fans on different heatsinks , the only way to really judge it is to use the SAME cfm rated fan on each heatsink , to achieve the higher rating score for the AX-478 he used a fan that ran at 68.5 cfm , for the Alpha he used one that ran at 47 cfm that was not a proper comparison test at all, and you certainly shouldn't judge heatsinks by this lousy test , btw I run a stock hsf so I am not biased one way or the other , but people should not post this test as a heatsink rating as it is so terribly flawed.
