I'll explain it, but then it wont be funny.

The 2nd guy thought it would be amusing, so (for some reason) he yelled out loud what he would say if he were invisible. Perhaps a little too loud, as there was a blind man walking nearby at the time, who probably heard the loud yelling and may have been hurt or offended by it.
