I had the same problem. The partition table of my second drive was deleted during a reformat. I had to buy Active Partition Recovery and restored it without a problem. Ironically, the drive/parition works fine but Partion Magic reports it as being bad. I haven't had one problem yet though...

I mean... you do have backups of a partition that a utility thinks is bad... right?

It would be a really good idea to make backups of such a partition.
