Would home built ghetto-boxes(computers that are housed in cardboard) count for small form factor?

Dang, I first noticed this Small Form Factor forum when the Navigation drop-down menu appeared to be wider than usual. Darn, I can't afford a notebook - at least, I can't afford a laptop AND to keep 2 PC's up-to-date.😀

I have built them in briefcases, does that count? Pic of my first one.

I've built at least 3 in my lifetime, the biggest was the size of those plastic File Folder holders(I guess its around 15x6 inches), held together with twisty-ties and duct tape... another I made out of an old Motherboard cardboard box, that I cut holes out of for the openings and slots... and a third one from just an old shipping box.... they've all since been dismantled and sold/given away now tho, with no pics to prove it 🙁 but you can imagine what they look like
