I think that the number of views doesn't update on the page at each refresh, seems like they record it and it updates maybe hourly or so. because throughout the day it's jumped by a hundred views, while the first view on a comp doesn't add one right away like you would expect. so no way to tell really. though overnight a ton of views due to refreshing would probably prove this one way or another.
