Pretty much every show my wife really likes gets canceled.

First two that come to mind are Traveler and The Unit. There was also one where some guy kept bouncing back to the past (no, not quantum leap) which was also canceled recently but can't remember the name.

oh yeah, traveler... that was that show that was right after heroes, right?

yeah, i enjoyed that show...

edit: nevermind, it was called 'journeyman'

Stargate SG-1
Stargate Atlantis
Star Trek TNG
Star Trek Enterprise
John Doe <- worst cancellation ever... ended on a huge cliffhanger
Reaper
Pushing Daisies <- need closure!!
Better off Ted
Dead Like Me
Futurama
The Loop <- (I enjoyed it!)
Thank God You're Here <- (I thought it was funny)
Jeremiah <- Also another cliffhanger ending(at least, it felt unfinished)! 🙁

Jericho was obviously rated by nuts. 😀

Loved it too and it should never have been canceled. However, I suspect that the content of the show ultimately lead to its' demise. The story was just too close to 9/11 and I think that made many people too uncomfortable to really enjoy it. Despite all the attempts to keep 9/11 in memory, I think most people were wanting to forget. If not the Act itself, at least the Fear and uncertainty that most of us felt on that day.

Firefly
Reaper
Pretender

Dollhouse, doesn't really qualify since it technically finished, but that last season was clearly rushed and should have been stretched out to 2-3 seasons. However at least Wheadon was told it was being cancelled and was allowed to conclude it.

So much win, but CBS was so much fail. "Hey fellow execs, let's not advertise much, move the show to 10pm on Sunday, then in a season or two we can shit can it". They had to make room for another crime show or something.

The Unit started out with good ratings and viewers but it went down with each season (though this seems to be common for many shows). But even still, I read it was a fairly cheap show to produce, and at 10pm on Sunday it did get decent ratings.

Well, at least we got four awesome seasons. I started watching them again. I'm towards the end of season two.

I didn't watch it during the TV airing, but Firefly was great. Really a shame that there was only one season, I wanted to see the relationship between Mal and Inara fleshed out more.

The Unit was cool until they started the shit with the domestic terrorists. It really went downhill then.

Worst Week - One of the funniest Shows EVER
Arrested Development
Carnivale
Jericho
Pushing Daisies
Skins (With the Season 1 cast)
Torchwood
Invasion

It's funny how many of us have named the same shows. They MUST have been popular, what the hell was the problem? Which leads me to my next question.... how exactly are ratings determined? Someone has to know!
