cliffs:

guy asks in a forum for an old phone book so he can get the street address of his grandparents, who lived during the time of the holocaust

he ends up getting much more information (15 pages of documents) about his grandparents, due to the kindness of the folks of the forum

I'll have to check that forum out the next time I'm looking for something
