I don't even really know how to cross my eyes. The only way I've ever been able to do it was by looking at my nose, and of course that won't help me with this.

somehow, I highly doubt that this is actually healthy for your eyes. It really puts strain in your eyes to do this.

if you can get that far, you're pretty close. All you're doing is moving your eyes closer to each other.

It's easy with my nose though because there's something directly in between my eyes to focus on. With looking at the picture, I just can't do it. I get it for a second but I can't hold it.

Yep, thats correct. The middle image should be perfectly clear while the others are a bit blurry.

Yep, thats correct. The middle image should be perfectly clear while the others are a bit blurry.

Nice! It's funny how once you "get it" it is really easy to keep it in focus.

Oh and it helped me to practice here first.
