You registered today and have one post (this one). We can only assume that the site you gave a link to is your own site and you registered just to try and pimp it. The site contains coupon codes.

Even if the site is not yours, posting coupon codes is against forum rules because it has caused some legal troubles in the past... and generally makes people want to stop giving coupon codes to legitimate frequent buyers of their's because they know they'll end up on the net.
