The hair for one... It looks good, but not quite realistic, not that I'm bagging on the image AT ALL. It's very nice work.
 
That drawing was simply amazing. If I wasn't told it was CGI, I never would've guessed.

Do that for a feature length film, and we'll be able to do Ender's Game as a movie yet.

i agree, the eyes look off, but not because of lack of emotion, the light reflections just don't look quite right - it looks like they're from two different sources.

I'd wager $100 that if you didn't have prior knowledge of this being a rendered image you would have no clue.

Actually, I think the eyes are very well done there. It almost looks as if there is an emotion behind them. The only thing that would have given it away to me is the skin; it has a rather plastic texture and sheen, but only slightly. If you had told me that was a shot of a actor for a movie, and he was wearing makeup, I would have believed you.
