I'm a little confussed about the wording. It (awdflash) asked for the name of file to program,,,,,is that the file name of the new bios?

than name of file to save,,, any name I chose, or the old bios name,,w or w/o .bin extention

It my first flash, would like to do it right. It's a soyo dragon plus mobo

Yes the filename is the filename of the new bios, which should be on the disk.

You can call your old bios anything you want, such as OLDBIOS.BIN or something. That is just a backup in case you want to flash it back to your old version for some reason.

Just make sure you don't accidently turn it off and don't do it during a thunderstorm...<G>
