AwardBIOS flashing probs

hey, im having huge problems flashing my AwardBIOS on an MSI k7t Pro2-A. first of all, i dont kno if im formatting the "clean bootable floppy disk" on which to extract the bios files onto. MSI's support site says to go into the command prompt and type in "format a:/s", but when i do that in my command prompt in win2k pro, i get an error saying that "/s" is an incorrect parameter. So i format the disk in windows and copy/paste command.com into the disk. Then i extract the files onto the disk, and i try booting with it, but i get an error that says NTLDR not found, and thus it cant boot from the disk. can someone who has flashed their AwardBIOS and has win2k help me.........
