So I go into my room tonight, and what do I see decorating my cieling but 40+ spiders! EVERYWHERE!

Of course, after squealing like a little girl, I embarked on vaccuuming the fsckers, with dozens of their little buddies looming dangerously above my head. 6 pairs of underwear later, here I am.

I managed to sneak my new digicam into the room and snap a couple of somewhat blurry, upclose pics. I took a couple of them from further away, but they didn't show up.

Here's a couple of them...pretty much just specs.

Fairly close of one of them.... :Q:Q:Q

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH! I think I am going to sleep on my lawn tonight....and until I can get my whole house burne...er...cleaned out. *hides gas can behind back*

This morning after waking up I saw a small spider on the wall about 3 feet off the floor. Below the spider next to the wall was a lot of stuff so if it ran/fell into that area I wouldn't be able to get it at. So I carefully grabbed a kleenex folded it twice, got really close but instead of SMASHING it I tried to pinch it and missed by a few cm's ... so it fell into the pile of stuff and is somewhere loose in our bedroom.

Shh I haven't told the wife yet.

Those look like black widows to me. I think they are gonna kill you in your sleep. Better watch out Maul!

I used to get those tiny ones in my room too. They'd come out in like packs of 5. After a few years of dealing with them (and their big daddy) on and off by squashing them individually... they have been permanently gone. Very rarely have any been seen in this room...

dude, you should try eating one. They're gonna crawl in your mouth anyways when you sleep and lay eggs in your brain and then you'll have little spiders crawling around all over the place and even in your underwear, and they'll slowly kill you.

Otherwise, sleep tight! Don't let the bed-spiders bite! :) hahah

You had an egg sack hatch in your room, or somewhere close to it.. lol

We've been seeing a lot of little spiders floating around on the wind lately, too...

funny story about vacation in Hawaii:
Wife spots this really big spider (3" across the legs) in a portapotty at a park. freaked her a bit, but she is a good sport.
Later on wife, uncle, aunt and I are returning to bed and breakfast after dinner. There is a little sitting room between our rooms, we say goodnight to aunt and uncle, and my wife starts to turn out the light and head for our room.
I stop her, and say "I'll be there in just a minute, Dear. I'm looking at this map on the wall." BULLLSHIRT! I spotted one of those really big bastards on the back of the couch as we walked in!!!! He must have crawled under the screen door, the door was open when we came in.
She closes our door, and I proceed to herd that big bastardo right back out the door. Once I get him out, I close the door, and look under to see if he can get back in.( I would have smashed him, but Ewww! the hazardous waste cleanup!) No way is that spider coming back, but I'm not sure if there are others.:Q
At least I was the only one who slept with one eye open.......;)

Worst I've seen inside a house (of a friend, luckily not my house) was 12-15" including legs. He was lucky though, it was the female. Males are smaller, he found the male in the sink the next morning, only about 6-8" :)

Just get some uranium so you'll have radioactive spiders. They'll still bite you but at least you'll turn into spiderman :)

P.S. Those look like very young spiders, did you find mom and dad yet?
