As in, this game:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aliens_versus_Predator_2
My hardware:
http://www.mikeymike.org.uk/mikes/mypc.txt
Most of the game runs OK (albeit looking a bit dated), however if I encounter a face-hugger, they move so impossibly fast that there's no chance of me tracking and killing one as a marine. This is the first time I played the game on this combination of hardware, apparently the last time I completed it was when I had the ATI 5770 installed (I don't recall having such an issue with it then).
I'm running the game at 1080p, 'best' detail levels. I'm trying to think of some way to slow it down a bit. I'm trying an application profile in the nvidia driver for avp2.exe with everything maxed out (and vsync on half the refresh rate) in the hope of slowing it down a bit. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.
