I have to rant!
I purchased an 2006 Hundai Azera at Nemet Motors for a agreed cash price of 23,500. I came back a few days later to pick up the vehicle and go over the finance papers. They changed the cash price to $26,996.59 without my consent and I found out after I signed. The car salesman at Nemet Motors agreed that there was a mistake.
I went to the manager who promptly kicked me out and said "we sold you the car at a steal anyways". I went to AUTOCAP in which they sided with me however they could not convince Nemet Motors to change the cash price.

I have currently gone to the BBB as well as NY Department of Consumer Affairs.

Recent news searches of Nemet Motors show that they have been doing something similar to other customers.

do you have any paperwork at all showing your agreed price of 23,500? That is seriously screwed up. Trust me, it wasn't a "mistake." Half of it was your fault for not reading everything you're signing though. Can never trust a car salesman.
 
I have the paperwork. Even my lawyer friend said what they did was wrong, however it wouldn't be worth it to take it to court considering the fees wouldn't be justified.... however justice needs to be served.
