Avoid Dazzle products - terrible product and worse support

I bought a Dazzle DV-Editor Deluxe and it simply doesn't work. Their video capturing products can caputure the video, but the software cannot display it properly and cannot save the video to disk (it just saves a huge movie of black frames). Their technical support is a joke. There isn't a toll free number to call - instead you have to dial long distance. After calling for 30 minutes in two separate attempts, I gave up. They do offer a $15 method of getting them to answer faster if you want, which I didn't try. They aren't answering emails either.

Please save yourself time and money and purchase their competitor's products.

At first I thought you were talking about that Beadazzle thing I saw on infomercials many moons ago.

Did you get the boiler room when you attempted calling them? I like that ad.
