AVI to MPEG

TMPEGencThis Program has worked quite well for me, i've burned quite a few VCD's from DIVX movies with the aid of this program...... actually this was one of the few that i could convert DIVX to MPEG easily with!!
it's a freeware program, (in Japenese) there is an english patch, on the website.
