AVI > Sequentially Named *.BMP files?

Thats exactly what I need to do, I have a minute and thirty second long DivX AVI file that I need output to BMP files, so like, frame 1 would be BMP001.bmp frame 2 BMP002.bmp frame 3 BMP003.bmp etc etc etc

How can I do this?

Adobe Premiere seems to just enjoy spitting out black frames and no actual video when i try its 'export / bitmap sequence ' option.

nvrmind, if anyone else is wondering, you can use 3D Studio MAXs video post to do it.

I've done that with virtualdub, 1 frame 1 file.
