I do not browse the forums that much, and I am sorry and sure this has been asked 5000k+ times, And I hate to have not found a post about it, adding to those 500 askers. What would you guys rate as the best AVI editor? I'm looking for somethign where I can reszie, reformat, convert, and rencode and such. Currently I use Fadetoblack (21 Day trial 🙁 ) but am looking to buy anything
 
Windows Movie Maker will do it too, but you do need to do Save As and pick other media to save back as DV-AVI. That is assuming that the AVIs are DV-AVIs and not DivX.
