I have been running AVG for several months with no problem. Several days ago I suddenly noticed that the little AVG Control Center icon was gone from taskbar. I brought up the AVG program and the button associated w/ the Control Center says "Not Fully Functional" below it in red letters. When I click it it gives me a button to activate it but nothing happens when I click it. I sent an email to AVG and go this response.

Are these services activate ?
If no, you have to uninstall AVG 6.0 and download new AVG Free version

I wasn't sure how to tell if these services were active so I tried uninstalling/reinstalling AVG. My Control Center icon did not appear after reinstalling until I had rebooted several times....then this morning it was gone again. Any ideas?
