I have this client machine that was infected with the baggle virus. Cleaned it all out and such, did a couple scans to be extra sure.
AVG still won't connect anywhere. I had to do the update manually. I had to uninstall and reinstall it first since the original installation of pro was corrupted so I had to put free for now.
Wether I use telnet, or AVG I just can't connect to the server period. Something is still blocking it. I checked the host files, nothing.
And it's not just blocked by domain, but by IP, since I can't connect directly.
Server is:
http://guru.grisoft.com/softw/70free/update
193.86.3.36
Is there any other servers I can try, that would for some reason, not be blocked by the virus? And where in the system could this be put anyway? Best to remove it as it may be blocking other stuff.
